Proposal · Page Limit Proposals are limited to a maximum of 50 pages for Part B (the technical description of the project). Evaluators will not consider any additional pages beyond this limit. Supporting documents can be provided as annexes and do not count towards the page limit.
Required · Submission Formats and Components Applications must be submitted in three parts: Part A (administrative information filled in directly online), Part B (technical description downloaded as a Word template, completed, and re-uploaded as PDF), and Annexes (uploaded as PDF or Excel depending on file type). Mandatory annexes include: CVs (standard) of core project team in English with clear indication of level of foreign language competences, and a list of previous projects (key projects relating to the subject of the call in the last 3 years, template available in Part B). Detailed budget table/calculator and activity reports of last year are not applicable for this call.
Application · Submission Method All proposals must be submitted directly online via the Funding & Tenders Portal Electronic Submission System. Paper submissions are NOT possible. Applicants must create an EU Login user account and register their organisation in the Participant Register to obtain a 9-digit participant identification code (PIC) before submitting. The submission system is accessed via the Topic page in the Calls for proposals section.
Application · Submission Deadline The deadline for submission is 12 November 2026 at 17:00:00 CET (Brussels time). Proposals must be submitted before this deadline. After this deadline, the system is closed and proposals can no longer be submitted. Call deadlines cannot be extended.
Eligible · Countries for Participation Eligible applicants must be established in one of the following countries: EU Member States, or non-EU Candidate Countries (Türkiye, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Albania, Moldova, Ukraine, Georgia, Bosnia and Herzegovina). Financial capacity checks are normally done for all beneficiaries except public bodies, international organisations, or if the individual requested grant amount is not more than EUR 60,000. For operational capacity, applicants must have the know-how, qualifications, and resources to successfully implement projects, including sufficient experience in projects of comparable size and nature. Applicants must demonstrate operational capacity through: general profiles and CVs of staff responsible for managing and implementing the project (minimum B2 level English for project manager and team members, and at least 3 years experience in project management for the project manager), description of consortium participants, and list of previous projects from the last 3 years. Public bodies, Member State organisations, and international organisations are exempted from the operational capacity check.
