AI-assisted Data Collection and Process Mining Analysis of Administrative Acts Linked to Local Public Investments

Official description

The contracting authority is exploring whether the diversity of administrative acts that local authorities publish in the course of delivering public investments can be systematically collected, structured and analysed. This analysis would apply Process Mining techniques to reconstruct the actual “implementation trajectories” across authorities, investment project types and Member States. JRC would like to assess the capability of the market to deliver what is required, and, consequently, the feasibility of the procurement. Therefore, economic operators are invited to participate in a survey at the following link [EuSurvey public link https://ec.europa.eu/eusurvey/runner/Process_Mining_Acts_2026 ]. Neither participation in the above mentioned survey nor subscription (as mentioned above) represent a prerequisite to participation in any call for tenders linked to this publicity. They shall not convey any legal right nor create a legitimate expectation of award of contract. The contracting authority reserves the right not to launch the call for tenders or to cancel or abandon any call linked to this publicity without compensation.
