The Tenderer and any involved entity is asked to prove that it has legal capacity to perform the contract and the regulatory capacity to pursue the professional activity necessary to carry out the work subject to this call for tenders.
Tenderers must comply with the following selection criteria in order to prove that they have the necessary economic and financial capacity to perform the contract.
The tenderer must prove experience in the field of archiving services.
The Tenderer must prove and demonstrate its relevant personnel capacity and/or technical ability to provide all the services required under the prospective contract. The team shall consist of the following staff members: 1 expert consultant, 1 project manager, 1 archivist, 1 assistant archivist. Expert consultant and contract manager may be the same person if the relevant requirements are fulfilled. All submitted CVs shall be compliant with the respective requirements defined in Terms of Reference point 3.1.
The Tenderer must prove and demonstrate its relevant technical ability to provide all the services required under the prospective contract.
Any entity involved in the tender must not be subject to professional conflicting interests which may negatively affect the contract performance. Where the Contracting Authority has established such conflicting interests, it may conclude that the tenderer or an involved entity does not possess the required professional capacity to perform the contract to an appropriate quality standard.
