For each lot, the tenderer must demonstrate that it has the legal capacity necessary to engage in the professional activity covered by the contract (registration in the relevant trade or professional register, registration with the social security system, VAT registration, incorporation permit, etc.) in accordance with the legislation of the State where it is established.
Tenderers must comply with the following selection criteria in order to prove that they have the necessary economic and financial capacity to perform the contract.
The tenderer must prove experience in the field of the contract.
The tenderer must demonstrate its technical and professional capacity by designating a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) who will act as the commercial contact for the schools throughout the duration of the contract.
