The project concerns the further development of the 'Trade Assistant for Services and Investment', which is available on DG TRADE's Access2Markets portal. The objective is to provide information to EU companies that are interested in exporting services or investing outside the EU. The information mainly concerns the requirements that they need to meet to export services or invest outside the EU as well as the contact details of the responsible regulatory authorities. The information will need to be provided in a format compatible with the Access2Markets portal and presented in a user-friendly manner. The project will consist of both research and data collection as well as IT-related work.

Average yearly turnover of the last two financial years above EUR 500,000 (five hundred thousand euro).
At least one similar (in scope and complexity) project completed in the last five years preceding the tender submission deadline, with a minimum value per project of EUR 500,000.
At least two similar (in scope and complexity) projects demonstrating the experience in the field of data collection and online database management completed in the last five years preceding the tender submission deadline, with a minimum value per project of EUR 500,000.
Project manager with a university degree, at least four years of professional experience in project management, and at least four years of professional experience in trade in services and investment (English level C2 CEFR). Core team must include at least one expert each in trade law, trade in services and investment, XML, software engineering, and text reviewing/editing, each with a university degree and relevant professional experience (English level at least C1 CEFR).
