The objective of this call for expressions of interest is to set up a list of external experts for providing support and advice on communication activities of the European Commission. This external expertise does not replace but complements the available in-house strategic, corporate and operational capacity and services. The overall aim is to further enhance quality and impact of the Commission's communication and take into account latest developments.
