In view of the organisation of the Trade Policy Day scheduled to take place on 14 October 2026 on European Commission premises in Brussels, we intend to launch a procurement procedure for catering services. The event will host approximately 450 participants and will run from 08:30 to 17:00 Catering services are required for the full day, covering coffee breaks, a standing lunch for all participants, and a separate VIP service. The objective of this contract is to provide high-quality, efficient, and well-coordinated catering throughout the conference, in line with the logistical and security requirements of Commission premises
