o Lot 1 It is expected that the scope will cover the provision of certification and renewal audit services related to the standards listed below: - ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (or any other updated version of this standard); - ISO 27001:2022 Information Technology – Security techniques – Information Security Management System (or any other updated version of this standard); - ISO 10002:2018 Quality Management – Customer satisfaction – Guidelines for complaints handling in organisations (or any other updated version of this standard); - Any other standard/evaluation for which the EUIPO needs to carry out auditing activities as required during the contract period. o Lot 2: It is expected that the scope will cover the provision of certification and renewal audit services related to the standards listed below: - ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety (or any other updated version of this standard); - EMAS (EC regulation No 1221/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2009 and its respective amendments (Commission Regulations 2017/1705 and 2018/2026)); - UNE 170001-2:2007 Universal Accessibility. Accessibility management system (or any other updated version of this standard); - Any other standard/evaluation for which the EUIPO needs to carry out auditing activities as required during the contract period.
