Provision of security services to the Delegation of the European Union to Lebanon, in order to ensure the security of persons and properties for which the Delegation is responsible
The EU delegation in Beirut needs an outside company to provide security — guards, tracking systems, alarms and CCTV — for its staff and premises for the next four years, with an option to renew twice. Applicants must already hold Lebanese authorisation to provide protection services, employ at least 60 relevant staff, and show at least €2.2m in average annual turnover.

Os candidatos devem já possuir autorização libanesa para prestar serviços de proteção, empregar pelo menos 60 funcionários relevantes e demonstrar um volume de negócios médio anual de pelo menos €2,2M.
The place of performance is mainly Beirut, Lebanon.
Valid authorisation (Special Decree) to provide guarding, protection and persons protection services in the Republic of Lebanon, in respect of Decree No. 138 dated March 9, 2001. The certificate must be valid on the date of the deadline for the submission of requests to participate.
Average annual turnover of at least EUR 2,200,000 for the last three financial years for which accounts have been closed.
1. At least two service contracts relevant to security services during the last three years preceding the submission deadline. 2. At least one of those contracts having a duration of at least one year. 3. Cumulative value of the listed contracts during the last three years of at least EUR 665,000.
At least 60 staff currently employed in the fields related to security services.
