Provision of cleaning (primary) services, handyman (secondary) services and related consumables/ supplies (Kitchenware, Feminine hygiene products and Personal protective equipment / mask) for the Contracting Authority's premises located at MesseTurm, in Frankfurt am Main.

Tenderers must prove that they have legal capacity to perform the contract and the regulatory capacity to pursue the professional activity necessary to carry out the work subject to this call for tenders. Tenderer must be enrolled in the relevant professional register in the field of cleaning services (primary services in scope) covered by this call for tenders.
The tenderer must prove sufficient economic and financial capacity to perform the contract. Average yearly turnover of the last two (2) closed financial years above EUR 350 000.00 (three hundred fifty thousand euro) for cleaning services (primary services in scope).
The tenderer must hold a valid professional risk indemnity insurance covering at least EUR 250 000.00 (two hundred fifty thousand euro), for the cleaning (primary) services included in this contract.
The tenderer must prove experience in the field of cleaning services. At least three (3) similar (in scope and complexity) completed projects - contracts associated to the primary cleaning services in the last three (3) years preceding the tender submission deadline with minimum value for each of them EUR 150 000.00.
The tenderer must have manpower/human resources with sufficient level of expertise in the field of the contract/for performance of the contract. The tenderer must have expertise sufficient for the performance of the contract (expertise associated to the primary cleaning services) who fulfil the following requirements: 1. The tenderer's average annual manpower must not be less than thirty (30) employees (including both permanent and temporary staff) per each year over the last three (3) years preceding the tender submission deadline. 2. The tenderer must have at least fifteen (15) Cleaning staff, each personnel fulfilling the following minimum requirements: a. at least one (1) year of experience in providing cleaning services; b. a minimum A2 Level of Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) of spoken and written English language.
