All cleaning staff must be physically present at the EU House (1024 Budapest, Lövőház utca 35.) during contracted working hours (Monday–Friday 08:00–19:00) All cleaning staff must be physically present at the Europa Experience Centre (1052 Budapest, Szervita tér 8.) during contracted working hours (Monday–Sunday and Public Holidays 11:00–17:00/19:00) Contractor must attend monthly environmental and quality checks at the premises of the EU House (site-based, in-person) Replacement cleaning staff must complete at least one day's practical training in situ at the contractor's expense before taking up duties Supervisor must conduct inspections of staff at least twice a week at each site
Tenderers can be natural or legal persons. Tenderers are not obliged to take a specific legal form in order to submit their tenders. Where tenderers submit a tender through an entity, which lacks legal personality (e.g., a branch), the compliance with the exclusion criteria, selection criteria, the rules on access to procurement as well as the absence of restrictive measures shall be assessed at the level of the tenderers. Tenderers do not need to prove specific legal and regulatory capacity to perform the contract.
Tenderers must comply with the following selection criteria in order to prove that they have the necessary economic and financial capacity to perform the contract.
The tenderer must prove experience in the field of professional cleaning services.
The tenderer must prove that it has the following human resources, based on an employment contract or other type of arrangement (e.g. services contract). One Manager and one Substitute.
The tenderer must prove that it has the following human resources, based on an employment contract or other type of arrangement (e.g. services contract). One Supervisor and one Substitute.
The tenderer must prove that it has the following human resources, based on an employment contract or other type of arrangement (e.g. services contract). Cleaning staff - minimum 4 persons.
The tenderer must prove that it has implemented the following measures at the level of the organisation in the field of health and safety.
The tenderer must prove that it has competence in environmental aspects in cleaning services.
