I laboratori scientifici del JRC di Ispra necessitano di stipulare un contratto quadro per la fornitura di apparecchiature e materiali di laboratorio. L'appalto sarà suddiviso in 2 lotti: Lotto 1: Fornitura di piccole attrezzature per laboratori scientifici; Lotto 2: Forniture di laboratorio, articoli in plastica, accessori, prodotti di consumo, articoli di vetro per laboratori scientifici.

Place of performance

Consegna fisica delle forniture al sito JRC di Ispra, Via E. Fermi 2749, Ispra (VA), in regime DDP Incoterms 2010 (Lotti 1 e 2) Installazione e assemblaggio della strumentazione presso i locali del CCR-Ispra da personale qualificato del Contraente (Lotto 1) Collaudo e prove funzionali presso il CCR-Ispra con convalida del personale tecnico JRC (Lotto 1) Installazione e assemblaggio del materiale acquistato presso i locali del CCR-Ispra da personale qualificato del Contraente (Lotto 2) Collaudo e prove funzionali presso il CCR-Ispra con convalida del personale tecnico JRC (Lotto 2) Presenza di un rappresentante del Fornitore presso la sede del CCR Ispra per almeno un giorno lavorativo al mese per tutta la durata del contratto (Lotti 1 e 2)

3.2.1 · Legal and Regulatory Capacity

Tenderers must demonstrate that they have the legal capacity to perform the contract and the regulatory capacity to exercise the professional activity necessary to carry out the work that is the subject of this tender.

3.2.2 · Economic and Financial Capacity — Criterion F1

In order to demonstrate the economic and financial capacity to perform the contract, tenderers must satisfy the following selection criterion.

3.2.3 · Technical and Professional Capacity — Criterion T1

The tenderer must demonstrate its experience in the supply of small equipment for scientific laboratories.

3.2.1 · Legal and Regulatory Capacity

Tenderers must demonstrate that they have the legal capacity to perform the contract and the regulatory capacity to exercise the professional activity necessary to carry out the work that is the subject of this tender.

3.2.2 · Economic and Financial Capacity — Criterion F1

In order to demonstrate the economic and financial capacity to perform the contract, tenderers must satisfy the following selection criterion.

3.2.3 · Technical and Professional Capacity — Criterion T1

The tenderer must demonstrate its experience in the supply of laboratory materials, plastic articles, accessories, consumables, and glassware for scientific laboratories.
