L'appalto sarà suddiviso in 2 lotti: Lotto 1: Fornitura di piccole attrezzature per laboratori scientifici; Lotto 2: Forniture di laboratorio, articoli in plastica, accessori, prodotti di consumo, articoli di vetro per laboratori scientifici.

Tenderers must demonstrate that they have the legal capacity to perform the contract and the regulatory capacity to exercise the professional activity necessary to carry out the work that is the subject of this tender.

In order to demonstrate the economic and financial capacity to perform the contract, tenderers must satisfy the following selection criterion.

The tenderer must demonstrate its experience in the supply of small equipment for scientific laboratories.

3.2.1 · Legal and Regulatory Capacity
