The training course will be tailored to operational needs and target staff involved in return-related activities. The course aims to enhance negotiation skills in a multicultural setting.
A Agência Europeia de Guarda de Fronteiras e Costeira FRONTEX pretende contratar um serviço de formação de pessoal para um curso de negociações eficazes em contextos internacionais e multiculturais. O curso será adaptado às necessidades operacionais e aos grupos-alvo de pessoal relacionado com o retorno. O objecto do contrato é o design e entrega deste curso de formação especializado.
In-person delivery of each training iteration (5 days) at the location of the training event — Frontex HQ in Warsaw, Poland for Standing Corps courses; EU country or third country (to be confirmed) for other target groups Trainer physical presence required for all training sessions (4 working days per iteration) and assessment day (1 working day per iteration) TASK 1 (course design) performed at contractor's working location — no travel required Online meeting with ACADEMY and PRE staff for presentation of drafted training content (Task 1.4 — 1 working day) Online meeting with ACADEMY and PRE staff upon completion of Task 1 for presenting the final product (Task 1.5 — 1 working day) Online meeting with the activity manager prior to each training iteration to finalise practical arrangements (Task 2.1 — 0.5 working day) Online contract management meetings between the contractor and Frontex Activity Manager as per contractual implementation needs
The Tenderer and any involved entity is asked to prove that it has legal capacity to perform the contract and the regulatory capacity to pursue the professional activity necessary to carry out the work subject to this call for tenders.
Tenderers must comply with the following selection criteria in order to prove that they have the necessary economic and financial capacity to perform the contract.
The tenderer demonstrates relevant experience in the field of providing design and delivery of specialised training courses on effective negotiations for return in international and multicultural context (or similar subjects) as indicated in the Terms of Reference.
The Tenderer must prove and demonstrate its relevant personnel capacity and technical ability to provide all the services required under the prospective contract. The tenderer shall designate a contract manager who will be single point of contact for the contract. The contract manager and contract manager back-up shall meet the following criteria.
