All tenderers are required to prove that they are authorised to perform the contract under national law.
Tenderers must be in a stable financial position and have the economic and financial capacity to perform the contract. Tenderers must have, for each of the past two financial years for which accounts have been closed, an annual turnover of at least EUR 200,000.
Experience and Human Resources: The tenderer must have extensive and demonstrable experience of at least 3 (three) years in providing expert services in the areas described in Section 1.3.2, as well as the ability to provide a team of experts with suitable qualifications and relevant experience to perform all the tasks covered by this call for tenders.
