All tenderers are required to prove that they are authorised to perform the contract under national law.
Tenderers must be in a stable financial position and have the economic and financial capacity to perform the contract. Tenderers must have, for each of the past two financial years for which accounts have been closed, an annual turnover of at least 500,000 EUR (five hundred thousand euros).
The tenderer must have extensive and demonstrable experience of at least 3 (three) years in providing expert services in the areas covered by this call, as well as the ability to provide a team of experts with suitable qualifications and relevant experience to perform all the tasks covered by this call for tenders. CVs detailing the educational and professional qualifications of the tenderer's contract managers, indicating language skills and the required professional experience, must be provided.

Each CV will be considered for one (main) area of expertise and all areas listed must be covered by at least 1 different CV.

Tenderers shall provide a list of at least three (3) completed or ongoing contracts carried out during the last three (3) years, with a minimum individual value of EUR 500,000.00 (five hundred thousand), demonstrating experience in one or more of the following areas: · production of policy-relevant knowledge products (e.g. environmental assessments, biodiversity indicators, technical reports and briefings) supporting decision-making at EU or national level; · analytical support to the implementation, monitoring or evaluation of EU or global environmental policies (e.g. nature protection, restoration, biodiversity strategies, ecosystem management, climate-nature interactions); · performing multi-country integrated environmental assessments or analyses in at least one of the following fields: biodiversity, ecosystems, land-use, soil. Each area listed above must be covered by at least 1 project. Where projects/contracts have been performed by a consortium, the value taken into account shall be limited to the share performed by the tenderer itself. For ongoing contracts, only the portion completed during the reference period will be taken into consideration.
