The EEA management recognises the increasing complexity of work and the continuous change in working lives of its staff. The EEA is committed to foster staff wellbeing, which is based on the dynamic concept of wellbeing at work, covering a more rounded approach from social wellbeing to physical, mental health and wellbeing at all levels of the organisation (individual, unit/department, management and organisational level). The objective is to provide staff members with timely and easy access to psycho-sociological support, to promote personal growth and development and to make healthier lifestyle choices with a goal to maintain and build a resilient workforce.
