The contract covers the development and delivery of a comprehensive scan on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) among EEA staff to: • Collect anonymous data on DEI dimensions among the EEA staff • Assess existing policies and the organisational culture around DEI with the view to identify potential differences in experiences and perceptions among various staff groups; • Pinpoint existing good practices and areas requiring targeted action; • Provide actionable recommendations to foster a more inclusive and supportive working environment, consistent with the EEA’s role as a public institution serving a diverse European community.
