The EEA management has decided to implement quality management in the EEA based on the ISO9001 standard and methodology. Implementation started January 2025. The overall process framework and methodology have been established, and the project is now in the phase of establishing all the main EEA processes within the quality management framework. Coaching and training are needed to build the internal competencies to implement and run quality management. The training and coaching should be designed to meet the needs for different roles and targets groups in relation to the implementation and running of the quality management. The EEA envisages awarding a direct service contract to a service provider for the provision of bespoke training and coaching on quality management. This support must be based on the ISO9001 standard and methodology. The key components are: 1. Transitioning to a quality management approach to the EEA main processes clarifying the management role including the change management aspect and leading the cultural change towards continuous improvements. This training and coaching components focus on management role of QMS at the strategic level. 2. Building internal capabilities for quality management at the management level, for key staff and for the end user. More specifically, this includes dedicated training programs for internal EEA teams in: a. Business process management and business process modelling for the BPM team b. Process management for process owners and process teams c. Change management for personal managers d. Overall QMS training for key staff members engaged in implementing the QMS e. QMS training for end users understanding the basic principles of QMS and the hands of using the and maintaining the QMS
