The purchase will include a series of services allowing to select and support EIC Awardees and eligible entities that are SMEs that have market ready solutions to attend European and international business trade fairs. The provided business services will include exhibition space within the ‘EIC Pavilion’ in relevant fairs, market training sessions for the participating companies, organisation of business meetings at the fair, company promotion, the organisation of side events and sessions at the fair.

Tenderers can be natural or legal persons. Tenderers are not obliged to take a specific legal form in order to submit their tenders. Tenderers do not need to prove specific legal and regulatory capacity to perform the contract. In addition, involved entities and all subcontractors must not be subject to EU restrictive measures adopted under Article 29 of the Treaty on the European Union (TEU) or Article 215 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the EU (TFEU) that constitute a legal impediment to perform the contract.
Tenderers must comply with the following selection criteria in order to prove that they have the necessary economic and financial capacity to perform the contract.
The tenderer must prove experience in the field of international Business events/Trade fairs organisation, providing services such as, logistics, customised services for companies and promotion/communication.
The tenderer must prove relevant, qualified, and documented experience in the access to a qualified network of mentors and investors and a consistent track record in providing value to high-tech companies in terms of funds raised, scale up, exit opportunities or other similar benefits.
The tenderer must prove experience in the fields of business analysis, training and match making. The experience must demonstrate tenderer's capacity in proposing a ranking of companies (working with high tech companies in the sector mentioned above is a plus) and their training and matching with international business partners and investors.
The tenderer must prove its capacity to work cumulatively with companies and networks from a) all EU countries and b) to work in different EU countries, USA, Asia, Africa and United Arab Emirates.
The tenderer must prove capacity to work and draft reports in English.
1 Lead Senior Project manager. Evidence will consist in CVs in EUROPASS format of the team responsible to deliver the service. Each CV should indicate the intended function in the delivery of the service. A detailed CV in the EUROPASS format must specify: Educational and professional qualifications and experience in areas relevant to the subject of these tender specifications; Different diplomas or degrees obtained; Level of the languages spoken.
