Bidders must demonstrate that they possess the legal capacity and the business capacity to exercise the professional activity required to perform the works described in this tender. The company as well as, where applicable, all named subcontractors hold all licences and permits required under German law for the performance of the tendered works in Frankfurt, Germany.
Bidders must meet the following eligibility criteria in order to demonstrate the required economic and financial capacity for contract performance.
The bidder must have sufficient experience in providing comparable services to those indicated in the terms of reference.
The bidder must have valid professional liability insurance covering all property damage, personal injury and/or financial loss caused by the company's staff or in the provision of catering services.
The bidder must provide a contract manager / supervisor and a deputy contract manager / deputy supervisor.
The bidder must provide qualified catering service staff (minimum 10 persons).
