Authorisation to provide services at the place of performance of the contract: The candidate must be authorised to provide the services that are the subject of this contract at the place of performance of the contract. The corresponding certificate must be valid on the date of the deadline for submission of requests to participate. Before the contract is signed, the validity of the certificate will be verified again.
Turnover: The average annual turnover over the last three financial years for which accounts have been closed must be at least 57,000,000.00 CVE.
Previous Contracts: Candidates must demonstrate technical and professional capacity to perform this contract by meeting the following criteria regarding previous contracts relevant to security services.
Staff Numbers (Headcount): The candidate must currently employ at least 132 people in fields related to security services.
