Procurement procedure to hire a Security Services company to provide services to 1 Delegation and 1 Residence located in Mexico City

The candidate must be authorized to provide the services covered by this contract at the place of contract execution. The relevant certificate must be valid on the deadline date for submission of participation requests. Before the signing of the contract, the validity of the certificate will be verified again.
The average annual turnover of the last three closed financial years must be a minimum of 13,800,000.00 MXN.
Candidates must demonstrate that they have the technical and professional capacity to execute the contract by fulfilling the following criteria: 1. At least two service contracts managed by the economic operator relating to security services during the three years preceding the submission deadline. 2. At least one of the contracts listed in point 1 must have a duration of more than one year. 3. The cumulative value over the three preceding years of the contracts listed above must be at least 4,600,000.00 MXN.
