Framework Contract for Security Services in the EU Delegation to Peru

The candidate must be authorized to provide the services covered by this contract at the place of contract performance. The relevant certificate must be valid on the deadline for submission of requests to participate. Before the contract is signed, the validity of the certificate will be verified again.

The average annual turnover of the last three closed financial years must be a minimum of 2,838,334.00 PEN. The exchange rate to be applied by the Contracting Authority to convert turnover into PEN will be the rate in force in December of the financial year corresponding to the financial statements, published at https://ec.europa.eu/info/funding-tenders/procedures-guidelines-tenders/information-contractors-and-beneficiaries/exchange-rate-inforeuro_en.

Candidates must demonstrate that they have the technical and professional capacity to perform the contract by meeting the following criteria: 1. At least two service contracts managed by the economic operator relating to security services during the three years prior to the deadline for receipt. 2. At least one of the contracts listed in 1. must have a duration of more than one year. 3. The cumulative value during the three previous years of the contracts listed above must be at least 946,111.2 PEN.
