HAB detection based on analysis of spatial patterns in EO data

In the context of the HABHub Pilot Project requested by the European Parliament, JRC.D2 needs to procure a software package that would perform surface pattern detection analyses applied to EO optical imagery of natural waters with the objective of detecting patterns typical of (micro and macro) algal blooms.
