Official description

JRC-Geel requires 15 mL of the highly purified recombinant human cystatin C solution with protein concentration of 5.2 g/L in 0.1 M KCl and purity higher than >95% in SDS-PAGE. This highly purified recombinant cystatin C is needed for the remake of certified reference material (CRM), ERM-DA471/IFCC.
