The Tenderer and any involved entity is asked to prove that it has legal capacity to perform the contract and the regulatory capacity to pursue the professional activity necessary to carry out the work subject to this call for tenders.
Tenderers must comply with the following selection criteria in order to prove that they have the necessary economic and financial capacity to perform the contract.
The tenderer must prove experience of a minimum 3 years in the field of brokerage services.
The Tenderer must prove and demonstrate its relevant personnel capacity to provide the services required under the prospective contract.
The person, being a sole tenderer/a member of a joint tender/a subcontractor, submitting/participating in a tender for the above procedure declares that the person is subject to conflicting interests which may negatively affect the contract performance.
