In order to prove the necessary economic and financial capacity to fulfil the Contract, the tenderer must comply with the criteria listed below. Tenderers must comply with the criteria listed below to prove that they have sufficient technical and professional capacity to fulfil the Contract. The team is to be composed of personnel that, as a team, have the following expertise: professional knowledge of communication, public awareness and public relations (PR) in relation to EU policy and topics and in an institutional context; experience carrying out communication campaigns at European and international level; an excellent knowledge of English (minimum C1 unless specified otherwise below), if necessary (please refer to the level indicated for each profile as presented below) and be able to draft documents in this language. Tenderers must include in their response to the case study a presentation of the proposed team, with detailed profiles of each team member, including providing curricula vitae (CV). The European CV format is preferred for these profiles. One CV must be presented covering each one of the requested profiles. Indicated language levels should correspond to CEFR standards.
