Tenderers must demonstrate that they have the legal capacity to perform the contract and that they have the professional qualifications necessary to exercise the professional activity required for the performance of the works that are the subject of this call for tenders.
Tenderers must meet the following selection criteria to demonstrate that they have the economic and financial capacity required to perform the contract.
The tenderer must demonstrate experience in the supply of laboratory consumables and/or personal protective equipment (PPE). For technical and professional selection criteria, a tenderer may only rely on the capacities of another entity if that entity will carry out the works or provide the services for which those capacities are required. The entity whose capacities the tenderer relies on either takes on the role of a subcontractor or falls under the exceptions listed in Section 2.4.2.
