The required services must include preventive and corrective maintenance as well as assistance, programming and training support. The contractor should provide for privileged intervention times and guaranteed replacement times of spare, replacement parts and consumables. The potential contractor must deliver certificates (of compliance) of the systems as they are necessary for insurance or national authorities.
