La presente procedura ha come oggetto l'affidamento dei servizi di manutenzione ordinaria, straordinaria e programmata dei veicoli, con massa complessiva non superiore a 3500kg, di proprietà del Centro Comune di Ricerca (JRC), sito di Ispra. Sono compresi anche servizi quali il lavaggio esterno dei veicoli e la pulizia e sanificazione interne.

Tenderers must demonstrate that they have the legal capacity to perform the contract and the regulatory capacity to carry out the professional activity necessary to perform the work that is the subject of this tender. Tenderers may be natural or legal persons. Tenderers are not required to adopt a specific legal form in order to submit a tender. If tenders are submitted by an entity without legal personality (e.g. a branch), compliance with the exclusion criteria, the selection criteria, the rules on access to procurement and the absence of restrictive measures will be assessed at the level of the tenderers.
In order to demonstrate their economic and financial capacity to perform the contract, tenderers must satisfy the following selection criterion: average annual turnover for the last two financial years exceeding EUR 140,000.
The tenderer must prove its experience in carrying out ordinary and extraordinary maintenance work on vehicles weighing more than 3,500 kg.
The tenderer must prove that it has workshop equipment adequate for the performance of the service.
The tenderer must prove that it has the IT support tools necessary for the performance of the service.
