Het Gemeenschappelijk Centrum voor Onderzoek (JRC) Petten bezit grond in het Natura 2000-gebied Zwanenwater en Pettemerduinen. Om dit gebied te beschermen, zijn natuurbeheermaatregelen nodig om bedreigingen te verminderen en schade aan wilde dieren en habitats te voorkomen. Het doel is de biodiversiteit te herstellen en in stand te houden, met name in duinvalleien, heidegebieden en vochtige habitats, met inachtneming van de EU/Nederlandse regelgeving inzake natuurbehoud.
Alle fysieke natuurbeheerswerkzaamheden (verwijderen houtige gewassen, Rimpelroos, plaggen, chopperen) moeten in persoon worden uitgevoerd op de JRC-Petten locatie, Westerduinweg 3, 1755 LE, Petten, Nederland Toegang tot de JRC-Petten vestiging is verplicht voor uitvoering van alle veldwerkzaamheden, uitsluitend tussen 08:30 en 17:30 uur (tenzij toestemming voor afwijking) Niet-EU-personeel moet ten minste twee weken voor aankomst een beveiligingsonderzoek aanvragen via de JRC Representative
Tenderers must demonstrate that they have the legal capacity to perform the contract and are authorised under the applicable regulations to carry out the professional activity required to perform the works covered by this tender. Tenderers may be natural persons or legal persons. Tenderers are not required to adopt a specific legal form in order to submit a tender. Where tenderers submit a tender through an entity that does not have legal personality (e.g. a branch), compliance with the exclusion criteria, selection criteria, rules on access to procurement and the absence of restrictive measures shall be assessed at the level of the tenderers.
Tenderers must meet the following selection criterion to demonstrate that they have the required economic and financial capacity to perform the contract. Average annual turnover over the last two financial years is higher than EUR 90,000.00.
The tenderer must demonstrate that it has experience in the field of nature management, preferably in a Natura 2000 area.
