De luchtbehandelingskasten in de gebouwen van het GCO te Petten hebben jaarlijks preventief onderhoud nodig. Daarbij is het nodig mogelijke reparaties af te dekken in het geval van storingen. Tevens dienen herstelacties, conform een bevindingenlijst, éénmalig uitgevoerd te worden.

The tenderers must demonstrate that they have the legal capacity to perform the contract and are authorised under the applicable regulations to exercise the professional activity required to carry out the works falling under this procurement.
Tenderers must demonstrate that they have the required economic and financial standing to perform the contract.
The tenderer must demonstrate that it has experience in the field of maintenance services for mechanical installations.
AHU Technician (LBK-monteur): The tenderer must deploy a team of persons to perform the tasks described in the technical specifications, consisting of at least the following profiles: 1) AHU Technician (LBK-monteur), 2) AHU Specialist (LBK-specialist), 3) Work Planner (Werkvoorbereider). For Profile 1 – AHU Technician (LBK-monteur): general knowledge regarding air handling units; completed intermediate vocational education level 3 in the direction of technology (or equivalent); at least 5 years of relevant work experience as an independent performer of plumbing service activities; possession of a valid safety diploma for operational supervisors (VOL VCA or equivalent) of which a copy must be provided with the CV; proficiency in the Dutch language for the purpose of carrying out the work under the contract. Proficiency in Dutch in speech and writing must be equivalent to level B2 of the Common European Framework of References for Languages.
AHU Specialist (LBK-specialist): For Profile 2 – AHU Specialist (LBK-specialist): brand-specific specialist knowledge regarding air handling units; completed intermediate vocational education level 4 in the direction of technology (or equivalent); at least 3 years of relevant work experience as an independent performer of plumbing service activities; possession of a valid safety diploma for operational supervisors (VOL VCA or equivalent) of which a copy must be provided with the CV; proficiency in the Dutch language for the purpose of carrying out the work under the contract. Proficiency in Dutch in speech and writing must be equivalent to level B2 of the Common European Framework of References for Languages.
Work Planner (Werkvoorbereider): For Profile 3 – Work Planner (Werkvoorbereider): completed higher vocational education in the direction of technology (HTS or equivalent) and at least 3 years of relevant work experience in business management (project management); OR completed intermediate vocational education in the direction of technology (MTS or equivalent) and at least 5 years of relevant experience in business management (project management); proficiency in the Dutch language in speech and writing for the purpose of carrying out the work under the contract. The level of proficiency must be equivalent to level B2 of the Common European Framework of References for Languages. The level of proficiency must be clearly indicated in the CV.
The involved entities and all subcontractors, including those that do not need to be identified in the tender, must not be in a professional conflict of interest that could negatively affect the performance of the contract. If the contracting authority has established such conflicts of interest, it may decide that the tenderer or an involved entity does not have the required professional competence to perform the contract according to appropriate quality standards.
