Tenderers must comply with the following selection criteria in order to prove that they have the necessary economic and financial capacity to perform the contract.
The tenderer must prove experience in the field/service of running a laboratory/ies for Radioactivity Measurement.
The tenderer must prove the experience and capacity of employing quality assurance measures for execution of projects/contracts.
Site Manager: The tenderer must prove to have a team of persons proposed to carry out the tasks described in the technical specifications. Profile 1: Site Manager. Main assignments: Staff coordination, supervising radiochemical preparations and radiometric measurements with data analysis. Training of staff within the related field/tasks.
Senior Engineer: The tenderer must prove to have a team of persons proposed to carry out the tasks described in the technical specifications. Profile 2: Senior Engineer. Main assignments: Chemical and radiochemical preparations and test methods development. Radiometric measurement validation and verification. Documentation drafting. Training of junior and technician staff.
Junior Engineer: The tenderer must prove to have a team of persons proposed to carry out the tasks described in the technical specifications. Profile 3: Junior Engineer. Main assignments: Chemical-radiochemical preparations and autonomous results interpretation. Radiometric measurements. Training of technician staff. Documentation drafting.
Senior Technician: The tenderer must prove to have a team of persons proposed to carry out the tasks described in the technical specifications. Profile 4: Senior Technician. Main assignments: Chemical-radiochemical preparations, radiometric measurements, documentation drafting. Training of junior technician staff.
Junior Technician: The tenderer must prove to have a team of persons proposed to carry out the tasks described in the technical specifications. Profile 5: Junior Technician. Main assignments: Chemical-radiochemical preparations, radiometric measurements and instrumentation/storage.
Quality Expert: The tenderer must prove to have a team of persons proposed to carry out the tasks described in the technical specifications. Profile 6: Quality Expert (Senior). Main assignments: Technical quality and methods quality support. Documentation drafting. Training of staff on quality matters.
