L'appalto ha per oggetto l'affidamento di lavori di tinteggiatura, ripristino e finitura di superfici murarie tradizionali, metalliche e di materiali vari, da eseguirsi presso le strutture (edifici, impianti, manufatti) del sito del CCR (Centro Comune di Ricerca), in Ispra. Sono comprese anche opere complementari quali il risanamento e ripristino di facciate, la realizzazione di pavimentazioni, cappotti termici, pareti insonorizzate, isolamenti termo-acustici, controsoffitti, cartongessi e simili.

In order to demonstrate the economic and financial capacity to perform the contract, tenderers must satisfy the following selection criterion.
The tenderer must demonstrate experience in carrying out works similar to the subject matter of this contract.
The tenderer must demonstrate that it has, within its own workforce, adequate personnel, both in terms of number and qualifications, for the performance of the contract.
The tenderer must demonstrate that it has the capacity to use quality assurance measures in order to ensure the quality of the works.
