Organisation of the process and EIT Awards Ceremony in Ireland (2026 december)

With this call for tenders, the EIT wants to buy the various services needed to organise the EIT Awards 2026 process and ceremony at the Irish presidency event in Limerick, on 3 December 2026. For this, the EIT requests the following high-quality services: Ensure the timely preparation and the delivery of all specified aspects of the process and ceremony, including communications, based on the concept developed by the EIT. Support the organisation of the pitch training for the 2026 EIT Awards nominees. Support for the event follow-up.
