Voor de brandmeldinstallaties (BMI's) en de ontruimingsinstalalties (OAI's) is periodiek preventief onderhoud nodig, evenals occasioneel correctief onderhoud. Daarnaast biedt dit contract de mogelijkheid tot het uitvoeren / betrekken van extra producten en diensten die niet expliciet staan omschreven, maar wel als zodanig onder BMI/OAI-werkzaamheden vallen. Tevens is er gelegenheid tot het afroepen van CCV (her)certificaties.
Preventief onderhoud: jaarlijkse fysieke inspectie en onderhoud van alle BMI/OAI-installaties in de gebouwen op het terrein van de Europese Commissie, Westerduinweg 3, 1755 ZG Petten, Nederland Correctief onderhoud: bezoek ter plaatse binnen 24 uur na melding van urgente storingen (of eerstvolgende werkdag bij melding op vrijdag) aan de JRC-Petten locatie Niet-urgente storingen: opvolging op locatie binnen 5 werkdagen na melding CCV/CIBV initiële inspectie/certificatie en driejaarlijkse her-inspectie/her-certificatie op locatie in Petten Maandelijks overleg met de aanbestedende dienst of beheerder (contactpersoon aangewezen direct na gunning)
Tenderers must demonstrate that they have the legal capacity to perform the contract and are authorised under the applicable regulations to carry out the professional activity required to perform the works covered by this tender. Tenderers may be natural or legal persons. Tenderers are not required to adopt a specific legal form to submit their tender. Where tenderers submit a tender through an entity that does not have legal personality (e.g. a branch), compliance with the exclusion criteria, selection criteria, rules on access to procurement and the absence of restrictive measures shall be assessed at the level of the tenderers.
Tenderers must meet the following selection criterion to demonstrate that they have the required economic and financial capacity to perform the contract. Average annual turnover over the last two financial years is higher than EUR 120,000.
The tenderer must demonstrate that it has experience in the field of maintenance of fire detection systems (brandmeldinstallaties).
Certification regarding the supply and installation of fire detection systems. Companies must demonstrate that they are certified for the maintenance of fire detection systems in accordance with standards and guidelines NEN 2535.
The person submitting a tender as sole tenderer, as a member of a joint tender or as a subcontractor declares that the person is in a conflict of interest that could negatively affect the performance of the contract.
