Printing services in the context of exhibitions, campaigns and related outreach services

This procurement procedure aims at awarding a framework contract for the provision of printing services to Europol. The prospective contractor shall be requested to produce and deliver a broad range of printed materials, such as: • large-format prints and banners (posters, roll-up banners, outdoor banners, and backdrops on paper, vinyl, or fabric); • promotional and marketing materials (brochures, flyers, leaflets, postcards, etc); • display and exhibition material (exhibition panels, decals, signage, stickers, floor graphics, etc); • miscellaneous print items (invitations, event programs, agendas, etc); • specialty items (certificates, diplomas and books intended as high-level gifts). Provision of material samples and colour proofs before production is included in the scope of the services. Technical capabilities should cover a variety of printing techniques, including both offset and digital, as well as specialty finishes like embossing, debossing, die-cutting, and foil stamping. The place of performance of services / delivery of goods shall be at the Europol Premises in The Hague, The Netherlands. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to modify, inter alia, the said aspects prior to proceeding with the Invitation to Tender.
