To meet the operational requirements identified by Field Officers, the Communication Department, and the Directorate-General for Translation (DGT) front office, this procurement aims to secure a stock of non-personalised promotional items for general use throughout the year. The items will be stored centrally as well as in the different European Representations to ensure availability for ad-hoc needs, including but not limited to: Outreach events (e.g., conferences, workshops, public engagements), Institutional visits, and Internal/external communication activities. Key specifications: Language: All materials will be produced in English to maximise versatility across events. Purpose: The items are intended for standard, multi-use distribution (not event-specific customisation). Storage: The procured stock will be held in the Commission’s designated storage facilities to streamline logistics and reduce lead times for future requests.
