The Tenderer and any involved entity is asked to prove that it has legal capacity to perform the contract and the regulatory capacity to pursue the professional activity necessary to carry out the work subject to this call for tenders.

Where possession, storage, handle, purchase, sale, trade, import, export and/or transit of the type of supplies that constitute the subject matter of this contract for a given lot the tenderer is submitting the tender, require licensing or similar authorisation for economic operators in the country of establishment of the tenderer, the tenderer shall demonstrate that it is enrolled in the professional or trade register (or equivalent) for such licensing or authorisation.

3.4.2 · Economic and Financial Capacity

For each lot, the tenderer must possess the financial capacity to perform the contract for all lots for which it submits the tender.

3.4.2 · Economic and Financial Capacity

For each lot, the tenderer must possess the valid risk indemnity insurance.

3.4.3 · Technical and Professional Capacity

For each lot, the tenderer must prove experience in the field of provision of supplies and services covered by the given lot.
