Provision of cleaning services for EU House in Bratislava

Tenderers must prove that they have the legal capacity to perform the contract and the regulatory capacity to pursue the professional activity necessary to carry out the work subject to this call for tenders. In addition, involved entities and all subcontractors must not be subject to EU restrictive measures adopted under Article 29 of the Treaty on the European Union (TEU) or Article 215 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the EU (TFEU) that constitute a legal impediment to perform the contract.

Tenderers must comply with the following selection criteria in order to prove that they have the necessary economic and financial capacity to perform the contract.

The tenderer must prove experience in the field of professional cleaning services, compliance with regulations, client management, and quality control measures.

The tenderer must prove that it has a sufficient workforce to effectively execute the contract, based on an employment contract or other type of arrangement (e.g. services contract). Manager and substitute must meet the minimum requirements.
