Provision of coffee machines, hot beverage supplies and related services for EUAA in Cyprus

EUAA currently has in place a framework contract for the Supply of coffee, coffee machines and related services for EUAA in Cyprus (FWC/EASO/2021/928). The current contract expires on the 17th of February2026. Therefore, a new framework contract needs to be put in place to provide coffee machines for the EUAA in Cyprus to allow continuity of services. EUAA might also request coffee machines to be placed at additional premises, within Cyprus, whether rented or owned by the EUAA or where EUAA staff are assigned or deployed. The overall objective of this framework contract is to provide coffee including coffee machines, ancillary services, for the consumption of beverages by EUAA staff members and visitors, including a professional service for installation and maintenance. The coffee machines will need to be of the type that can be adjusted to accommodate no-charge-required vending purposes and of the bean-to-cup type.
