This call for tender aims at selecting a company to provide high-quality communication and promotion services, and management of stakeholder and media relations at EU level, as below: • strategic communication advice; • copywriting for publications and communication outputs across digital and non-digital channels; • implementation of media actions, fostering media relations and support to media partners; • social media services, including copywriting, scheduling, monitoring and analysis; • support for stakeholder relationship management, such as OCPs and other partners at the EU level.
On-site support services for EU-OSHA media partners at major EU-OSHA events (e.g. HWC Summit at Euskalduna Conference Centre, Bilbao, Spain) On-site press conferences in Brussels or other EU locations (live support required) On-site note-taking during events (where applicable) Kick-off meeting — explicitly listed as online in the place of performance table Monthly coordination meetings — explicitly listed as online in the place of performance table Annual review meetings — explicitly listed as online in the place of performance table Online press encounters for media partners (usually one per year) — explicitly described as online 90% of overall volume of deliveries performed at the Contractor's premises (remote)
Tenderers must prove that they have the legal capacity to perform the contract and the regulatory capacity to pursue the professional activity necessary to carry out the tasks subject to this call for tenders.
Tenderers must comply with the following selection criterion to prove that they have the necessary economic and financial capacity to perform the contract.
The tenderer must prove experience in projects similar to the services described in these tender specifications in the public sector at national or EU level.
The team offering the service shall include at least the following expertise and capacity (a minimum of five staff is required). Under no circumstances may any of the services listed in this call for tenders be carried out exclusively by junior staff. A minimum level of involvement or supervision by senior staff is always required.
The tenderer must prove experience in the field of strategic communication advice, copywriting in English, social media support, media relations and stakeholders' management in the public sector at national or EU level.
