The purpose of this call for tender is to establish a FWC with specialised and qualified contractor that have the proven capacity and expertise to deliver drinking water for EUAA premises in Malta to a consistently high professional standard. The selected contractor will be expected to ensure reliable, efficient, and compliant service delivery at the location of their service.
Weekly in-person delivery of drinking water bottle refills to EUAA premises in Malta (EUAA HQ, Winemakers Wharf, Valletta and EUAA Trident Park, Mdina Road, Birkirkara), Monday to Friday 09:00–18:00 In-person delivery and installation of water dispensers and ancillary supplies at designated EUAA premises in Malta In-person repair/replacement of damaged water dispensers and/or drinking water bottles within 48 hours of notification, at EUAA premises in Malta In-person sanitization of water dispensers every two months (or upon request) at EUAA premises in Malta All deliveries must be carried out in the presence of a representative of the EUAA who shall verify the delivery Contract implementation meetings can be held remotely (Section 6.2 of Technical Specifications) Order forms and communications may be transmitted by email or via any other electronic system used for service request management (Section 5.3 of Technical Specifications)
Tenderers must prove that they have legal capacity to perform the contract and the regulatory capacity to pursue the professional activity necessary to carry out the supply/service subject to this call for tenders.
Tenderers must comply with the following selection criteria in order to prove that they have the necessary economic and financial capacity to perform the contract.
The tenderer must prove experience in the field of provision of drinking water in Malta.
The tenderer must have appropriate human resources able to perform the supply/services required as listed in the Tender specifications Part 2 Technical specifications.
