Provision of General Maintenance at EUAA Premises in Italy (Buildings and containers). The procedure is launched in lots: Lot 1 - Provision of General Maintenance at EUAA Premises in Northern and Central Italy Lot 2 - Provision of General Maintenance at EUAA Premises in the South of Italy The objective of this tender is to conclude two single framework contracts, one for Lot 1 and one for Lot 2, for the provision of preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance services covering core mechanical and electrical systems, as well as building fabric, at EUAA premises in Italy. The services aim to prevent downtime, ensure operational continuity, and maintain a safe and suitable working environment for users of the office buildings and modular units (containers).

Tenderers must prove that they have legal capacity to perform the contract and the regulatory capacity to pursue the professional activity necessary to carry out the services subject to this call for tenders. In case of grouping or subcontracting only the entity member performing the specific services will be required to have the relevant legal and regulatory capacity.
Tenderers must comply with the following selection criteria in order to prove that they have the necessary economic and financial capacity to perform the contract.
The tenderer must prove experience in the field of Provision of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of premises/buildings or containers in Northern and Central Italy.
The tenderer must have at its disposal the human resources necessary to perform the services required under the contract. The personnel profiles must meet the requirements specified in points 5.2.1, 5.3.1, 5.3.2, 5.3.3 and 5.3.4 of Part 2 - Technical Specifications.
