The primary objective of this call is to conclude a FWC with experienced and specialised company that possess the necessary technical expertise, resources, and qualifications to deliver comprehensive landscaping services. These services are expected to encompass the full spectrum of landscaping activities, including but not limited to the design and consultation, planting and installation as well as maintenance and enhancement of green and landscaped areas, both indoors and outdoors.

Tenderers must prove that they have legal capacity to perform the contract and the regulatory capacity to pursue the professional activity necessary to carry out the service subject to this call for tenders.
Tenderers must comply with the following selection criteria in order to prove that they have the necessary economic and financial capacity to perform the contract.
The tenderer must prove experience in the field of landscaping services.
The tenderer must have appropriate human resources able to perform the service required at all times as listed in the Technical Specifications.
