The European Agency for Asylum (EUAA) is looking to lease premises in Madrid to ensure the appropriate execution of its mandate and operations activities in Spain. This is the prospection of the local market taking place before the launch of the negotiated procedure for building contract on the basis of point 11.1 (g) of Annex I FR.
