The objective of this call for tenders is to provide sanitary ware and delivery and installation of floors and wall tiles and relevant maintenance works, including any necessary repairs, which may be required at any of the EUAA premises in Malta. The procedure is divided into 2 lots.

Tenderers must prove that they have legal capacity to perform the contract and the regulatory capacity to pursue the professional activity necessary to carry out the supply/service subject to this call for tenders. The below evidence of legal and regulatory capacity must be provided with the tender.
Tenderers must comply with the following selection criteria in order to prove that they have the necessary economic and financial capacity to perform the contract.
The tenderer must prove experience in the field of provision of sanitary ware supplies.
The tenderer must have appropriate human resources able to perform the supplies/services required at all times as listed in the Technical Specifications. The Contractor shall assign one Contract Manager for all contractual and administrative related matters who will be a main contact point for communication between the EUAA and the Contractor. Tasks include: ensuring reply to order forms in accordance with contractual rules; informing the EUAA of practical issues; communicating operational execution of deliveries and services; planning activities; problem resolving and overall contract coordination; following up on complaints and measuring customer satisfaction; ensuring adequacy in quality and quantity of resources; addressing non-conformities and corresponding remedies.
The tenderer must have appropriate human resources able to perform the supplies/services required at all times as listed in the Technical Specifications. The Contractor shall also appoint a Site Manager who is expected to: have a thorough knowledge of the various tasks defined above; maintain and control an effective inspection and follow-up of the requested services; ensure that when undertaking any such works the Contractor is insured in cases of accidents occurring during the provision of the works; not to start work on any tasks without a prior order (Order Form/specific Contract) that has been duly and correctly signed by both the EUAA representative and the Contractor's legal representative; if applicable, communicate/liaise with the works supervisor/quality control body engaged by the EUAA.
