The European Commission Representation in Poland, acting also on behalf of the European Parliament Liaison Office, is looking for Security Guard and Reception/Switchboard services for the EU-House premises in Poland – Warszawa (lot 1) and Wrocław (lot 2). The objective is the provision of a uniformed and trained, unarmed, security guard service to perform routine protective and access control duties and reception/switchboard services.

Candidates must prove that they have the legal capacity to perform the contract and the regulatory capacity to pursue the professional activity necessary to carry out the work subject to this call for tenders.
Candidates must comply with the following selection criteria in order to prove that they have the necessary economic and financial capacity to perform the contract.
The candidate must prove experience in the field of security guard and reception/switchboard services.
The candidate/tenderer must prove that it has a team of people at his disposal for performing services. Role: Contact person/supervisor working for the premises.
The candidate/tenderer must prove that it has a team of people at his disposal for performing services. Role: Security Guards and reception service guards working in the premises.
For Lot 1, the Contractor shall ensure that a sufficient number of personnel are permanently assigned to the performance of the contract. Among those personnel, at least two (2) personnel assigned to Lot 1 (EC Representation in Warsaw) shall hold a valid Personnel Security Clearance (PSC) at the level of CONFIDENTIEL UE/EU CONFIDENTIAL, issued by the National Security Authority (NSA), the Designated Security Authority (DSA), or any other competent authority of the EU Member State in which the Contractor is established.
