The aim of this procurement procedure is to conclude a multiple framework contract for four years with two contractors in cascade, to perform the following activities: provision of standard furniture and furnishing articles, customisation of standard furniture or related articles, provision of bespoke furniture and furnishing articles, and collection and disposal (or reuse) of EFSA’s existing furniture.

The tenderer must have generated an overall annual turnover of at least 660,000.00€ in each of the last 3 closed financial years (2023, 2024 and 2025).
overall at organisational level: The tenderer overall must have extensive and demonstrable experience in the provision of furniture and furniture related articles from producer standard catalogues; their customization (if needed), the provision of bespoken furniture, and the collection and disposal of old and/or obsolete furniture.
Ability to provide a Service Manager compliant with specific expertise requirements: The tenderer must be able to provide a Service Manager compliant with the following specific expertise requirements: a) Experience in the Management of contracts similar to the one in this FWC; b) Good command in English; c) Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Autocad; d) A university degree and at least 3 years of experience in a similar position; Or e) At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
The tenderer shall provide EFSA with a warranty for all the services and products provided.
The tender shall provide the most recent catalogues listed in the Annex 1 - financial offer.
